ART DESCRIPTION
This is a beautiful abstract work from 2014. Here, abstract horizonal forms om graphite are punctuated by gestures in pink acrylic. This was a time of great output for Kamen, who was preparing a series of large-scale works with a similar palette (which was his final series). During this time, Kamen experimented by putting whole phrases onto his compositions; this phrase possibly came from a song lyric that he was listening to at the time (see related images of text works).
